Tariq Alryada Internet Services ("the Company", "we") respects the privacy of the users of the Tariq Alryada app ("the App"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, phone number, password (encrypted), and your subscription details with the Company.
• Usage and transaction data: data consumption, plans, payment history, invoices, and top-up vouchers used within the App.
• Location: precise location is requested only when submitting installation/service requests or viewing nearby points of sale. It is never collected in the background.
• Photos: when you attach photos to service requests or update your profile picture, with your explicit permission.
• Device notification identifier: an FCM token used to deliver push notifications.

2. How We Use Data

• Managing your subscription, providing internet services, renewing plans, and processing payments.
• Processing and tracking installation and maintenance requests.
• Sending notifications related to your account (plan expiry, request status, invoices).
• Improving service quality and technical support.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. Sharing is limited to:

• Electronic payment provider: to process in-app payments, only to the extent needed to complete the transaction.
• Google Firebase: to deliver push notifications.
• Official authorities when legally required.

4. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed, and access tokens are kept in secure storage on your device.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

• You can edit your profile data inside the App.
• You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting customer service; deletion is completed within 30 days unless a legal retention obligation applies.
• You can disable notifications or revoke location and camera permissions from your device settings at any time.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for the Company's adult customers (18+) and does not target children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
